MAIN PURPOSE
To achieve POGs (liquidation) targets agreed with District Manager in the Sales Area.Implement Field Marketing Programs in their sales area, facilitate sales from distributors or dealers to cooperatives, big landowners, financiers and contractors.Very Close Coordination with the Field Marketing Managers to ensure seamless field marketing activities and is aligned with Customer Marketing strategies and plans. Coordinate and collaborate with the Sales Area’s Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executive to ensure that products are available in the Channel during field marketing campaigns.Coordinate and collaborate with Seed specialist in all field marketing activities with regards to our hybrid rice seeds.Assist the District Manager in the planning, budgeting, pre, on and post implementation of Sales Area’s Field Marketing Programs.To ensure the achievement of the area’s sales and profit objectives for Key Products through effective Field Promotion Activities.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and submits the Annual Liquidation (POGs) Target in the Area to the DM for e
valuation.Plans, organizes and implements Sales Area Field Marketing Plan to ensure attainment of Liquidation (POGs) objectives for all products in his area of responsibility.Coordinate with SSE and SEs in the Sales Area with regards to Field Marketing activities (crop & seeds), help the DM in the planning, budgeting and implementation of said activities.Coordinates with Seed group in the attainment of Arize Liquidation (POGs) targets in the Sales area.Implements and maximizes utilization of approved Sales Area Support budget and all Field Marketing programs.Gathers market data, market updates and competitor’s field activities, ensures submission of reports Liquidation (POGS) objective, market info, competitive info) on time, through the use of Bayer’sCustomer Relatio
nship Management system.Close coordination with Technical with regards to District sales Group and 3rd Party Agency technicians technical knowledge, product stewardship and customer product complaints.Manages the Bayer Farmers Network (KAAKBAY & Mango Club) in terms of selection, maintenance and appraisal of performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
College graduate preferably BS Agriculture or any 4-year business related courseWith earned units in Masters in Business Management or equivalent is an advantageAt least 2 years experience in sales and collectio
nAt least 2 years experience on Retailers and Distributors Management
