Responsibilities:Makes plan, schedule and route of trucks based on CBU volume to maximize productivity and efficiency of driversEnsure SOP and Safety Policies are implemented at all times Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as scheduledEffectively coordinate and communicate with clientsMotivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are metMonitor and control the driver and truck activitiesMonitor and maintain records of Accident and Incident ReportsAppraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when requiredArranging for the induction and trainings of all drivers, including newly hiredAssist in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation routeOversee the monitoring and documentation of the daily transportation scheduleEnsuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and proceduresMaintaining accurate administrative recordsOversee and maintains aa complete inventory system through recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment , fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.Safeguards motor pool / truck yard operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Supervises and performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictatesSupport and assist in all activities of Vehicle Logistics Department as requiredAll other general affairs as assigned by superior from time to timeQualifications:Bachelors Degree of any courseAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related fieldMust be keen in planning, scheduling and routing of truck fleetKnowledge and experience in Car Carrier Transportation operations is a plusMust have strong Leadership and Supervisory skillsMust have adequate computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and willing to learn other application software relating to the job functionsGood communication and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible, and willing to work on extended hoursEffective Time Management and Multitasking skillsHas valid Driver's License is a plusKnowledge in parts and basic troubleshooting of trucksAmenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna in shifting schedules from Monday - Saturday
