Receive and record incoming im
port shipments in the logbook and create individual shipment ledger files.Check if im
port docu
ments are complete and correct.Check HS Code and tariff rate, compute duties and taxes and lodge customs entry.File and upload to BOC portal.Assist on application of im
port permit/license and certification to different government agencies if necessary.Mo

e client in shipment status.Advise Field Operations for truck booking schedule for target shipment releasing.Record and update shipments' status on im

nitoring logsheet.Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Must be BS Customs Administration or equivalentLCB is an advantage but not requiredAt least 1-year working experience in Logistics IndustryMust be knowledgeable in tariff classification, computation of duties/taxes and lodgment of customs entriesKnowledgeable in customs rules and regulatio
nsKnowledgeable in securing permits and licenses from different government agenciesCan work with minimal supervisio
nProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills
