JOB DEscriptION
1. Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents;
2.Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hardcopy documents produced by each departments;
3.Generate, copy, scan and store documents (legal documents, internal/external documents)
4. Create form templates and guidelines;
5.Manage request for documentation;
6.Manage request for document review, revision, and finalization
7.File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage for easy document retrieval
8. Review and maintain accuracy of the records, editing when necessary to ensure documents are up to date;
9. Liaise and inform each department in new registered forms, revision, or for review;
10.Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation;
11.Train employees in ISO Awareness and proper way to create and fill-out company forms/docs;
12.Monitor all expiration of legal documents; and make sure that all documents will be renewed in a timely manner to avoid penalties;
13. Acts as coordinator to ISO certifying buddies regarding process audits and other compliances.
14.Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Chief Operating Officer.
