Provide support to the Legal Department Head/Legal Manager, such as but not limited to, preparation and collation of docu
ments and other requirements that need to be submitted with other companies or government agencies like SEC, BIR, BSP, BOI, PAGCOR, AMLC, IPOPHL, NPC, LGUs, etc.Prepare and review legal and corporate docu
ments such as but not limited to petitions, complaints, memoranda, contracts, affidavits, letters and correspondences, manuals, policies and guidelines, board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, etc.Investigate facts and laws of cases and explore public records to prepare cases and determine causes of action.Supervise, check and audit tasks and output of paralegals and compliance officers.Respo
nsible for handling the secretarial work for board meetings held for their companies.Liaise and coordinate with other departments, external law firms, corporations or government agenciesAssist in co
nducting legal and factual research on assigned cases and special projects.Attend court hearings, meetings and co
nferences as may be necessaryOther tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Legal Department Head/Legal Manager.
Job Requirements:
A member of the Philippine Bar3-5 years of experience in a law firm or as in house counselHas good communication and writing skillsWilling to work on siteAmenable to work from Mo
