Job OverviewTo provide consultative support to Account Managers in terms of project scoping (e.g. solution demonstration, high-level solution design, scope of works and estimates creation) helping the Account Manager close deals based on the proposed solutions Job DutiesSupport sales opportunities with technical analysis and requirement scopingProvide technical solutions in a request for proposal (RFP)Identify gaps in business requirements, analyze functional requirements, and map with technical deliverables.Produce techno-functional proposals—conceptual and detailed and have a strong sense of business acumen.Actively participate in internal business/ sales team meetings and provide consultative support with delivery teams, prospects and/or existing customers to support the overall customer engagement.Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts. Core Competencies Ability to understand customer's business pain points, metrics and plansAbility to transform business process into solutionsPresentation Skills (Business Process)Communication SkillsCustomer Service SkillsRequirementsAt least 3-5 years experience in Solutioning/ Pre-SellingPreferably with Salesforce experience ( e.g. administration, support and consulting) or 2 years Salesforce Pre Sales experienceCollege Degree BA.
