and distribute the highest quality of digital product content to consumers.

about the Role

We are recruiting for a Managed Services Officer to fill a pivotal role in our Managed Services team. This role will be responsible for dealing with suppliers through various channels. In this role, you will provide support to suppliers on how to log into the platform, the enrichment process and the content requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing submitted content and providing feedback to suppliers. Engagement with suppliers will be provided via email, phone and video call.

Your role will include:

·       Providing “level 2” support to suppliers via email, phone and video call

·       Providing video training to suppliers on how to use the platform

·       Reviewing supplier product content and providing feedback as required

·       Tracking and monitoring supplier engagement in the platform

·       Reporting supplier trends back to the Managed Services Manager

·       Assisting suppliers with formatting and uploading their content in bulk

Our ideal candidate will have:

● Previous experience in a customer-facing role (minimum 3 years experience).

● Experience in communicating with customers over email and phone channels.

● Perfect written and verbal English.

● Efficient typing and computer skills.

● Good time management skills and the ability to manage priorities.

● Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
