DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Day to day administration of the Get Quotes system
• Reading jobs to ensure pertinent information are fulfilled
• Liaising directly with consumers as required to refine job requests if necessary
• Assigning jobs to relevant categories
• Inviting relevant tradies to quote on job requests
• Liaising with trades professionals as required
• Monitoring the system to ensure jobs are being attended to
• Updating the system with relevant notes
• Act as the intermediary between consumers and trades professionals to resolve consumer requests and questions related to their job
• Respond to chat
• Ensuring all appropriate measures are taken for the consumers
• Meeting service level requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum two years of BPO experience
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service
• Minimum one year of experience in backend admin processing
• Excellent comprehension and written English skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of CRM, ideally Salesforce.com
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes initiative
• Quick learner
• Resilient under pressure
