A Mission Facilitator helps the mission team carry out the different Mission programs through its verticals (FUN, CARE, GIVE, AND COMMUNICATION), with the aim goal of provide learning opportunities, volunteerism initiatives, assist caring programs, and engagement activities for new and tenured employees.Assist the Mission team in crafting an engagement plan (from conceptualization, implementation to post analysis) designed to strengthen our culture and our mission programs and its verticalsHe/she is expected to collaborate closely with different departments.He/she may also need to analyze data to determine the effectiveness of the activitiesMay liaise, initiates awareness & information campaign within the company during calamity or major incidents to elicit volunteers & donation drive

Competencies

Project/event management and organizing, ability to manage multiple projectsRelationship building, interface with people, engagingMarketing skills (Creative thinking, communication, Social Media, content creation)Basic Knowledge in Facilitating Team Building ActivitiesBasic presentation skillsAdvance skills in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality/tourism, psychology, education, degree or any other related fieldPreferably with work experience in events management and handling team buildings
