The Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Product Assistant who will support the product team to manage a portfolio of shopping and leisure programs in different markets and enhance engagement with their members. This role is diverse and demanding, requiring a unique blend of digital marketing, analytical and operational skills. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to actively enhance their skill and is open to learning new ones.

Responsibilities

Manage website content through the CMS platformAudit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issuesdocument processes and changesSuggest improvements on website usability and user experienceSupport customer service team by updating processes, content, and QAParticipate in the reporting and monitoring of campaignsOther duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

Highly familiar with different online marketplaces such as Amazon, Home Depot, eBay, Wayfair, Walmart, and TargetExperience using different online marketplaces, whether as a seller or buyer, is an advantageMust be fluent in English, French, and/or Dutch languagesA keen interest in digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources such as but not limited to CMS, JIRA, ConfluenceMust be comfortable working with deadlines and managing different tasks at the same timeExcellent attention to detail, accurate and organizedMust be comfortable handling and working with different clients and/or campaignsMust be able to adapt to the company’s hybrid work environment such as but not limited to having a stable internet connection, back-up, or an alternate location where you can work remotelyMust be amenable to working on any shift
