Job Description:

 Report to and work closely with the Founders to bring our products to life.Design, implement, and optimize a multi-channel digital strategy through analysis of customer insights, industry & market trends, and marketing best practiceonline marketing and ad campaign experience, social media management.Manage Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok Ad Campaigns (experience running successful ad campaigns for other companies that converted high volume sales, in our industry but not essential) 

Brand Management

Create and lead the execution of brand communications, campaigns, promotions, and listing launches across online channelsEstablish positioning and identify target audiences across channels and segmentsDevelop and present creative initiatives and strategies to the Founders, communicating concepts and tactical plans, to increase traffic, brand awareness and sales

Digital & Marketplace

Define digital marketing and ecommerce strategy aligned to business objectivesDevelop and implement a strategic and tactical marketing calendarManage paid social and other digital media to drive performanceGrow marketplace traffic, buyer/seller interactions, and sales, utilising digital mediums.Analyse and report all marketing activities.
