Job Description:
• Becoming familiar with the firm’s content management system and posting of text changes to the website;
• Assisting with the production of administrative tasks needed to publish client memos;
• Assisting with quality control of website, reviewing website for outdated content, reviewing batches of bios and practice pages to confirm data is accurate;
• Assisting with research of different people and companies;
• Researching certain industry trends; and
• Reviewing/monitoring certain peer activity, including events, awards and other BD engagements.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 – 3 years relevant work experience
· Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Outlook/Word)
· Outstanding typing and writing skills are important
· Familiarity with CMS (e.g. Wordpress)
· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
· Efficient and relaxed under pressure
· Excellent attention to detail
· Well-versed in the English language
· High level of verbal and written communication skills
