MyPortal™ Marketing is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven SEO/SEM expert with a strong work ethic who can work in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment!

The ideal candidate will coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. The SEO Manager shall also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.

We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute successful SEO strategiesConduct keyword research to guide content teamsReview technical SEO issues and recommend fixesOptimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copyDirect off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspectsWork with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaignsKeep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trendsCoordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities.Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role.At least 2 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.Expertise in A/B and other testing methodsFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavascriptIn-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing dataKnowledge of standard and current SEO practices.Experience with SEO reporting.Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Team-player.Good time-management skills.
