Job Description
• Make outbound calls
• Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
• Provide customer service to existing travel bookings
• Creating, tracking & following up on all leads
• Build a book of business by following up with members. This is done by calling them after they have enjoyed their last cruise to work on booking their next dream vacation, calling them on their cruise anniversary, letting them know about new cruise ships or routes, etc.
• Achieve bi-weekly and monthly sales, customer service, and productivity goals
Salary Range

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 1 year of sales/call center experience
• Experience in Cruise and or Travel and Hospitality
• Strong outbound sales experience, minimum of six months
• Passion for travel. You love talking about your travel experiences and listening to the experiences of others
