POSITION REQUIREMENT

Graduate of any 4 year course;Open for under graduate (2 years) At least with 2 years work experience in Sales, with direct customer exposure;Open for FRESH GRADUATES;Proficient with MS Office;Knowledge and understanding of Mutual funds and other investment instruments;Willing to work in BGC Taguig.

JOB DEscriptION:

Client care outbound caller, Reselling who will help grow the SLF NXT target of having clients open an Mutual Fund account;The caller will be provided a client reselling leads list by SLAMCI Client reselling team to tap on the qualified clients who have no Mutual fund accounts with SLAMCI;As an outbound caller, she/he will be provided the spiels needed to remind the client that they are qualified to open an MF account and should they want to go about it;Outbound caller may schedule a meeting with the client's advisor joint with SLAMCI on how to go about it;Outbound caller will submit a monitoring file end of day in order to track activity.
