Job Summary:
The Lead Qualifier is responsible for qualifying leads and profiling suspect customers by telephone. Task are focused on identification of revenue potential, commodity, frequency of shipments, mode of shipments, contact details of PIC and sending email to PIC their customer profile and details and endorsed to BDE assigned Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute Call Plan based on the leads submitted by BDM and BDE
• Combine Sales Skills with CJL and CJT Products and Service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/identify potential during qualification.
• Continually develop knowledge of CJL and CJT services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to BD function.
Job Specifications:
• Outbound calls of 50 per day
• Endorse at least 30 accounts daily to BDE
• Send email to all Potential Customers the CJ Logistics Company Profile and Customer details.
• Carry out any task that is required by his/her superior from time to time.
• Notifies BDE and BDM of Development Lead when needed.
