BE PART OF WATSONS:Investors in People (IIP) Accredited companyAsia's number 1 pharmacy retail brandBest companies to work for by HR AsiaROLE PURPOSE:Our Store Manager is responsible for planning, leading and managing  all day-to-day activities of the store both health & beauty.  She/He orchestrate and engage the store team to achieve highest level of customer service standards both in-store execution & all digital enabled services to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.  She/He is also responsible for the consistent compliance to Retail Operating Standards (ROS) and government regulations.This role focuses on:Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver sales budget and store profitabilityPerforming necessary functions for all digitally enabled servicesEnsuring consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external)Managing ROS compliance (till and inventory management) to work on shrinkage below tolerance levelMonitoring of store’s controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitabilityAdhering to health protocols and implementing crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers safe and clean store environmentBuilding network  as liaison to Branch and Mall partners  for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employeesSuccess will depend on:Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, propose solutions & track progress to improve sales & profitabilityAgility to all online + offline initiatives and can provide insights on its developmentsAbility to monitor and evaluate implementation of service delivery standards– both online & offlineAbility to handle and resolve online & offline customer feedback with sense of urgency and knows how to escalate complex customer complaintsAbility to analyze store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivityAbility to validate gaps, monitor  compliance, & can coach on retail operating standards to work towards improving efficiencyAbility to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners and affiliatesAbility to delegate tasks, coach selling techniques and engage team to maximize productivity &  sustain team motivationWHAT WE LOOK FOR:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Educational/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): people management, leadership, Retail.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/ General or equivalentPERKS AND BENEFITS:Opportunities for career progressionPaid vacation and sick leavesAnnual BonusGratuity Pay and Retirement PlanHealth InsuranceSales IncentivesProbationary position and direct hire employmentService Loyalty Award
