JOB SUMMARYResponsible for all customer/dealer requirements related to motorcycle orders and delivery. Responds to Dealer inquiries and provides resolution to address concerns on motorcycles.DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESORDER PROCESSINGAssures the completeness of motorcycle requirements upon receiving purchase orders from dealers.Issue Sales Delivery Request (SDR) to the Logistics Department upon checking and inventory of units based on the agreed allocation plans, if any, for critical models.promptly uploads all purchase orders (PO) and Sales Delivery Request (SDR) details n the standard database to monitor daily sales.Thoroughly checks SDR before submitting to the Logistics Department to ensure that all information transmitted is correct.Confirms dealer orders via phone and email. In any case, the unavailability of units shall be coordinated with the dealers, especially the production schedule.Secures dealer confirmation for possible color conversion or model substitution in cases of stock-out / phase-outDEALER MonITORINGResolves issues that may hinder the delivery schedule of motorcycles based on the requestConstantly informs the dealers regarding the delivery schedule of orders based on the Logistics' dispatch order based on the delivery update report.Coordinates with Logistics and the Dealers the scheduled shipments backloads and sales returns.Regularly reviews the undispatched SDR by coordinating with the order/shipment load,OTHERSMaintains orderly filing system of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Delivery Requests (SDR)Performs other related duties that may assign from time to timeQUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Above average communication and interpersonal skillsPreferably adept with MS applicationsAmenable to travel and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
