Responsibilities:
• Directly supports the Partnerships and Sales Director in achieving overall sales objectives, and growing identified B2B customer segments alongside the company’s business strategic objectives
• Conduct marketing research, customer/partner analysis, develop marketing opportunities, plan and implement the overall sales strategy
• Sales functions: maintains high-level customer engagement, conducts sales presentations, needs analysis, solution selling, closing sales, and ensures partner readiness
Qualifications:
• College graduate with a degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• Good understanding and knowledge of marketing and sales, and its actual application
• Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• With at least 3 years of exposure in insurance corporate solution sales and marketing
• Preferably with previous engagements with banks, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and other highly retail financial service providers
