Collection of customers’ purchase orders from sales team and entering them to the SAP system;Sales report co
nsolidationSend customers’ purchase orders to the demand planning;Follow up customer receivablesFollow up discount/campaigns/promotio
nal sales activities;Inform sales team budget status (low or high);Inform sales team for the stock availability daily;Daily budget comparison, sales forecast and actual status;Preparing daily/weekly/mo
nthly sales report; andFollowing the stock report published by supply chain.
Qualifications
Graduate of any business course.At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales admin.Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven enviro
nment with proficient multitasking and navigatio
nProficient in Microsoft Office programs. Including charting, VLOOKUP and Pivot table in excel.Background in SAPCan encode data with speed and accuracyAttention to detailsExperience in Home Appliance Industry is a plusWilling to work onsite
