Job Summary:Big Bike Branch Manager is responsible for effectively achieving business targets and objectives, securing profitability in both the primary - Sales and Collection - and secondary - Service and Spare Parts - operations of the branch, as well as expanding market share of the company in their respective areas by maintaining impeccable reputation. He is also responsible in leading his team towards their development and aligning them with the business objectives.Experience in car industry is an advantageSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:Administrative OperationsOversee branch employees’ activities: Responsible for effectively and efficiently achieving branch sales, collection, and service targets through his/her subordinatesVerifies accuracy of inventory of stocks and promo itemsManages customer complaints effectively and diplomaticallyTrains and orients sales and account executives prior to deployment.Safekeeps the branch keys as well as either the vault key or combination, in concurrence with the branch accountant/cashier.Secures and deposits branch remittances at least once a day or as needed, in line with the existing policies.Oversees receipt of repossessed units and the completeness and accuracy of MPOR which must also be duly signed by the customer.Tracks MC registration and requests of original copy of OR/CR from the documentations Department Tracks the Release of Mortgage and other related documents for the fully paid accounts.Safekeeps all trade and non-trade goods in the branchIssues internal memo within the branch for erring employees before elevating concern to Human Resources Department - Employee Relations DivisionResolves and advises the area manager of disputes between his/her subordinates; escalates, if necessary.Manages branch finances effectively Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirementsPlans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.Plans and verifies the daily itineraries of his/her employees, including:Collection SupervisorCredit Verifier, if solely reporting under him/herAccount Executive, in the absence of a Collection Supervisor (CS)Sales ExecutiveConsolidates and submits the following reports:Collection Report, in the absence of a CSPast Due Report, in the absence of a CSCO Performance Report, in the absence of a CSAccount Verification Report/s, in the absence of a CSADC Sales and Collection Performance ReportEnsures that the customer documents and other important documents are digitised, properly stored and backed up in the branch’s computer/s for future reference, such as e-CAF, e-CIER, valid IDs, 2x2 picture, POB, POI, Account Verification Report/s etc.Assures completeness of customer installment folders to be submitted to the documentation DepartmentMeets with his/her team at least once a day to discuss progress, targets, strategies and other matters.Oversees adherence to the 7S policies at all timesConfirms that there is sufficient motorcycle inventory in the branch at all times and that inventory is limited to three (3) months aging onlyStays on top of the promos that the Marketing Department cascades and the promo items his/her customers may have pending Manages and resolves customer concerns with regard to LTO registration, license plate, etc. Ensures timely coordination with respective departments when necessary.Briefs the customer of the terms and conditions of his/her loanEquips the customer with safety riding tips as well as local traffic regulations before discharging him/her from the branch and briefs him/her of other products that may interest or may benefit him/her, such as comprehensive insurance, helmet, etcReviews Customer Profiling Report of CV and recommends courses of actionOversees the work of Service Mechanic to ensure excellent service deliveryEnsures that end of day process been followed and execute regularlySupervises staff to ensure continuous cleanliness and maintenance of the premisesTakes responsibility for opening and closing the Branch on time, and in line with the company’s operating procedures.Sales Operation (Big Bike)Contributes with the Strategic Sales Planning and Marketing Plan development and activities for big bikes.Coordinates on product launches and industry events.Coordinates on motorcycle, parts and accessories inventory availability and deliveries.Primarily supports the department on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.Helps customers in choosing the right bikes and accessories by providing expert opinionProvides care and maintenance information to customerAssists in determining the right bike types for different budgetsEnsures that all service processes are quickly and efficiently carried outAssists sales executives in answering technical questions in order to expedite buying.Oversees and manages big bikes and accessories inventory, and communicate low stock situations to logisticsOversees the work of Service Mechanic to ensure excellent service delivery Spare Parts and Accessories OperationsChecks sufficient spare parts and accessories inventory in the branch at all times. Maintains inventory is limited to three (3) months aging onlyCoaches the Spare Parts Custodian (SPC) in providing excellent customer service.Understands the sale of spare parts processes, and accessories and takes over in the absence of the SPCGuides the SPC in increasing his/her sales output through joint sales activitiesNegotiates institutional accounts focused on spare parts and accessories (usually works in tandem with Service team) to the AM and/or the RMOther OperationsComplies and enforces with the set rules and regulations of the companyConcerns any HR matter, such as payroll, incentives, etc.,to the Human Resources Department and advises the AM and the RMOrganizes workflow and ensures that the team understands their duties or delegated tasks. Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching to ensure maximum efficiency.Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
