We are looking for passionate Sales Team Leaders to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and performing the execution. To perform recruitment, onboarding and training for all CSE and BSTDevelop the visitation goals and strategy with the BST team. Perform daily target setting and closing to ensure that all team(s) are executed.Monitoring CSE daily activities, especially on lead generation, inspection and handover. Monitoring the CSE and BST performance and activities and ensuring that the deliverables are done properly and with good coordination with other business functions in the company. To contribute and participate in daily/weekly and monthly meetings to provide insights and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Managing and monitoring sales reporting for your respective function.

Requirements:

Education: A high school graduate and above. Able to utilise all Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Have your transportation (You are required to travel within Metro Manila).Have a high level of self-motivation and teamwork.Have the motivation to meet new people and be able to face new challenges. To have great common sense when dealing with your job as you are required to be working independently. Most importantly, attention to detail, accountability, and ownership of your job.
