The Distribution Operations Area Manager (DOAM) is responsible in handling the geographic area (Luzon) assigned by constant audit, monitoring and training of store staff to ensure that stores achieve their targets (sales, inventory and marketing implementation). Coordinate and report necessary data and relevant information that are available by constantly communicating and interacting with various internal departments and Sub-distributors. This requires the ability to establish harmonious relationship, rapport and trust with all concerned internal and external parties. The position will provide administrative support to the team members and will assist in the different requirements of the team.

Data Collection and Reports Creation

nsolidation of data for the reports needed, including, but not limited to, the Sell-out and Retail Metrics Report (Daily and Mo
nthly reports), and People Counter extraction and analysisPrepares report and presentation templates, as needed, for final approval of the Sales Head prior dissemination to respective internal departments and Sub-Distributors.Weekly reporting of detailed activities not limited to audit reports.Assists in the completion of requirements needed, for implementation of Operatio
nal Standards.Ensures progress tracking of the team’s projects and initiatives and submits this on a timely manner.Assists the Sales Head in co
