REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: 

Directly reports to ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TEAM LEAD 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Identify customer’s requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Maintain good communication and working relationship with customer’s IT personnel. Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products. Compile proposals and reports related to technical solutions. Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT solutions. Provide post-implementation support. Remain updated on the latest technology solutions provided by vendors. Disseminate information and insights on technology trends within the company. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

College graduate in Computer Sciences or IT Engineering. Experience and knowledge in any of the following topics: Cybersecurity Systems administration Server infrastructure and hardware Virtualization Hyper-converged infrastructure Familiarity with the following topics is a plus: Cloud computing Containerization Web development Software development Application deployment Data analytics Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent communication skills is preferred.
