Position Title: Retirement Services Analyst

Work Location: Alabang or Cubao

Work Schedule:  Graveyard / Nightshift

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

Responsible for External Conversions, Internal Conversions, Sales Support, New Plan Setup, Spin-offs, Fund Changes, Contract renewals, Plan Design or Service changes, Recordkeeping splits/considerations, M&A, Gatekeeping and Offer Management ComplianceUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxes

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years related experience in the retirement industry.Bachelor's Degree Holder & Undergraduates are WELCOME!Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must.Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.Experience in Agilenet, Agilenet tools, V-system, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word.Project Management, System Setup, documents/Agreements, Data/Payroll, System Setup, and Data Analytics
