So what does a Workforce Planner do? Think of yourself as a leader who optimizes staffing to ensure TaskUs has the resources to meet the demand.

As a Workforce Planner, you will:

Align different programs to optimize employee productivity;Coordinate with training and talent acquisition team to forecast and manage staffing needs;Prepare for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, average handle time, and other factors that measure productivity and campaign performance; Resolve concerns on schedule adherence, service level, and absenteeism;Collaborate with the IT team to customize information systems that help supervise fiscal activities within your team; Monitor the accuracy of billing procedures for all clients within the site; Identify strategies to improve campaign processes and opportunities to increase profitability;Coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather relevant data related to forecasting and calculation of program requirements;Maintain a roster of staff with accurate employee details which includes availability, preferences, and skills;Publish over/under snapshots, and create action plans that would either address any staffing gaps or minimize overages; andProvide inputs to the online capacity plan tool to ensure that the seating plan is accurate and adequate to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and strong numerical literacy Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and other database-generating applications (knowledge in using Google Suite is definitely a plus!)Excellent oral and written communication skillsSolid organizational and analytical skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to read trends and project those into future forecasts, utilize Workforce Management (WFM) centralized tools, and ensure regular maintenance of the database
