As a Workforce Planner, you will:
Align different programs to optimize employee productivity;Coordinate with training and talent acquisition team to forecast and manage staffing needs;Prepare for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, average handle time, and other factors that measure productivity and campaign performance; Resolve co
ncerns on schedule adherence, service level, and absenteeism;Collaborate with the IT team to customize information systems that help supervise fiscal activities within your team; Mo
nitor the accuracy of billing procedures for all clients within the site; Identify strategies to improve campaign processes and opportunities to increase profitability;Coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather relevant data related to forecasting and calculation of program requirements;Maintain a roster of staff with accurate employee details which includes availability, preferences, and skills;Publish over/under snapshots, and create action plans that would either address any staffing gaps or minimize overages; andProvide inputs to the o
nline capacity plan tool to ensure that the seating plan is accurate and adequate to meet operatio
nal needs.
