Job Description

Job Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships and ensures the continuous growth of the business by achieving your target sales. You are also responsible for managing and liaising between the customer and cross-functional internal team to ensure the timely delivery and successful delivery of our projects according to customer needs.

Job Duties

Reports directly to the Head of Account ManagementWorks with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.Meets and/or exceeds quotasHelps customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborates with sales and delivery team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Has experience in selling CRM (particularly Salesforce), ERP, business applications, or Application/Programming services and has held an Account Manager position for at least 3 straight years (no hardware, telco, engineering, and pre-sales)Total of more than 5 years and up of selling business applications.Knowledgeable in the following business apps: CRM, ERP, Microsoft Navision or Dynamics, Hummingbird, etc., data migration/governance experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsKnowledge in Salesforce platform is a plus
