nsible for all sales negotiation in behalf of the company, They must be able to balance the need of a client between the interest of the company while finding a way to co
nvince and satisfy a customer. This means a TM must also negotiate with their managers for price approval and with other departments on any arrangement with clients.Sales Coordination- TM must co
nstantly communicate between customers and other department perso
nnel to ensure that all orders and deliveries are effectively carried out.After Sales support- All TM is respo
nsible for handling and addressing customer complaints and providing the necessary support to their clients. This requires them to answer and reply to all calls and SMS sometimes beyond office work or time.Generate new accounts - TM must be able to co
nsistently generate a certain number of new accounts every mo

se on the agreed sales plan.Increase Sales Volume- TM is respo
nsible for increasing their sales volume ba
sed on the agreed target. They need to identify all possible source of growth and work on the agreed sales plan in order to achieve it.Reporting and feedback- TM must be able to provide a weekly and mo
nthly sales report to their respective heads. They must provide feedback regarding price, market, competitors or client activities. This requires TM to closely mo
nitor their accounts.Field works and Training- TM is required to co
nduct field works such as client visit, site inspection, attend customer events, customer assistance, mo
nitoring market activity and co
nducting customer orientation, seminar or training.Office works- TM is required to accomplish activity reports such a salesforce updating, TES filing and other related docu
mentation as required by management.
