nships within own team and with key stakeholders across the business in order to achieve optimal business outcomes. Maintains external alignments with customers, vendors, relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) or external bodies as required. Represents company in external organisations as required
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any disciplineProficiency in English (Written and Spoken)Preferably with Four (4) years of relevant work experienceAble to make decisions, solve problems and conflicts, and negotiate with others using active listening, critical thinking, and persuasion skillsHave an open-mind and be able to apply social perceptiveness when guiding/facilitating/ instructing others.Preferably with previous management experienceCan drive and with own car (as much as possible)
