• Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners for the company's products (multi-function meters, smart capacitors, building/factory monitoring systems. , power quality stabilization systems, Harmonic filter, SVG…)
• Introduce, advice and convince customers to use electrical equipment products: Electrical cabinets, smart capacitor systems, power monitoring system, power quality improvement solutions (Filters) AHF harmonics, and SVG active power compensator)
• Directly perform, urge the performance of contracts, including delivery procedures, issue invoices, and check the quality of delivered products with customers.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability according to the correct process.
• Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor's activities and potential in developing electrical equipment products business
Candidate Requirements:
• University degree or higher majoring in Electrical/Electronics
• Promote business, communication skills. Preferably with certain client resource.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive.
• Preferably with at least 2 - 3 year of business experience in related field.
