A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2 or more years’ experience as a sales coordinator or in administrationKnowledgeable in processing of government biddingComputer literacyGood administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, accreditation and bidding documents.Maintain organized sales records and report week-end goal setting to the area sales manager.Support sales team by completing orders and keeping them informed of delays and delivery datesAttend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and productsEstablish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptlyCollaborate with sales team in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining sales reportsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.Demonstrated ability to assist area sales manager and sales representatives with any additional work as neededMust have strong communication skills to create and distribute company-wide newsletters and memos
