Responsibilities:

1. Facilitates and executes deployment of events to support the Business in the region, from planning to execution up to post-event reporting.

2. Administer additional Marketing Program initiatives as per the regional marketing plan.

3. Assist in marketing administrative work Responsibilities:

Assist in planning a program event calendar across the Asia Pacific region.Supervises regional and events whether physical, virtual, or hybrid. Manage marketing agencies and liaise with local MU support team in preparing logistics required for smooth deployment of events.Coordinates with a vendor, speakers, and partners across the region.Reviews and analyzes event feedback and evaluationsDevelops project budgets and monitors expendituresProcesses purchase requisitions and payment requestsProvides pre, and post-event reports, and analysisOversees intern activitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned
