Job Description

This Channels Marketing Assistant is responsible for the performance management of business channels of Burger King such as drive-thru, delivery website (www.burgerkingdelivery.com.ph), Foodpanda and Park, Order and Go.

Management of Delivery Website

Ensures and monitors that the delivery website is fully functioning, and addresses/resolves downtime issues as reported by the Call Center and delivery store (online delivery and Foodpanda).Business Channels sales performance monitoring and reporting.

Management of Business Channels

Manages, monitors and gives feedback on delivery and drivethru guest-related concerns, issues and complaints.Manages, monitors and gives feedback on delivery website issues such as usage, system down errors, wrong routing etc.Creates monthly sales reports on delivery and drive-thru channels.Ensures completion of merchandise requirements of existing and new delivery stores (banners, leaflets, door stickers, canopy banners, DT standees, table stickers).Processes channels-related billings and invoices.Coordinates completion and deployment of riders per store.Monitors operations of Call Center Operations onsite.Coordinates logistics for channels-initiated training for stores.Monitors project status and addresses project issues as they arise.Updates delivery stores RTA (re-cuts and closure)Caters store's request for RTA re-cuts which are subject for approval of AM & OM.Caters store's request for delivery closure which are subject for approval of AM & OM.

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.With at least 1 year of related experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Must have basic analytical skills and able to identify issues and determine alternative course of action.Must be a good multitasker able to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively.Interrelates well with people of various background; likes to meet and deal with people.Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig.
