Job Description

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for all day-to-day operations of benefits areas across Asia Pacific region including:

Governance, Administration and Business Partnering:

Supports Asia Pacific region of TTEC with countries of Australia, New Zealand, and IndiaAssists Benefits Consultant in the renewal, strategy, and benefits governance of Asia Pacific regionPartners with Information Technology team for any Oracle Development, local Human Capital for any Employee Engagement and Benefits related inquiriesPartners with Human Capital Services for any Benefits related inquiriesAssists Global Benefits in project management for benefits implementation, vendor changes, plan design changes, communications and health and wellness programsHandles ticket management for Asia Pacific benefits related inquiriesFacilitates training Human Capital Services and other stakeholders for any benefits and on-site clinic related processesManages payroll reconciliation of benefits with Payroll and Operational accounting teamHandles invoice management of Philippine Benefits

Oracle and HOP Reporting:

Supports Oracle reporting for PhilippinesManages QLE Reporting in Oracle for PhilippinesManages automated reports from Oracle to vendors for PhilippinesManages error reports for Philippines to Information Technology teamManages database reporting in Oracle for Philippines and other Asia Pacific countriesIdentifies focus items in Oracle Development for Philippines and other Asia Pacific countries with Oracle supportSupports Benefits reporting for Australia, New Zealand, and IndiaManages on-site clinic reporting to vendor and Clinic AdministratorCreates Desktop Procedures and SOPs across Asia Pacific Benefits processes

Strategy:

Aligns and supports the benefits strategy and philosophy of the team/departmentParticipates in maintaining benefits processes such as planning, analytics, and implementation of new benefits across Asia Pacific

Qualifications:

Education, Credentials, Licenses

Graduate of any 4-year course such as Psychology, Human Resource DevelopmentSix Sigma Certification is an advantage but not required

Specialized Knowledge:

Solid experience in Asia Pacific benefits specifically for Philippines’ benefits administrationSolid written and verbal communication relationship building skillsAble to interact well with employees at all levelsIntermediate to Advance knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, VisioKnowledge in process improvement, project management and has ability to prioritize and work on multiple requestsSolid time management and organizational skillsDetailed oriented personAble to work in different shifts as needed

Kind and Length of Experience:

Has 4 to 5+ years of experience in processing Asia Pacific Benefits and PayrollGeneral knowledge of labour laws in Asia Pacific and other areas of Human ResourcesHas experience in invoice billing validation/management and audit reconciliationHas experience in dealing with vendors and brokers (vendor and broker management)Previous experience implementing benefits program in an international company or BPO industry
