Duties and Responsibilities

Mainly perform end-to-end recruitment functions and processes (Sourcing to processing of pre-employment requirements)Assist in developing and execution of and champion employee engagement activities and programsProvide support in the development, facilitation, and implementation of training and learning initiatives

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field is required for this position.Preferably 3-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan
