Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Enterprise Function SEA to be based in Paranaque, Philippines.

You will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for selected J&J client groups in the assigned geography. You will manage the recruitment life cycle activities including but not limited to: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and reference checks. You will meet the changing recruitment needs of the Company’s fast-paced environment by managing all the recruitment activities to hire top talents for the assigned current and future positions at the Company.

Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrive to meet expected service levels and business performance goals.Contribute to development of and implement agreed sourcing strategy to achieve significant reduction in agency sourcing which may include supporting other markets when requiredInterview prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classification and selection for a wide variety of nonexempt and exempt positionsConsult with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details including, but not limited to, sign on bonuses, relocation, vacation, stock options, annual bonus, etc., Negotiate offersProvide candidate offer package recommendation to line managerCheck professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating proceduresManage all data associated with the recruitment process - e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information ensuring accurate and timely encoding of all information in the Recruitment TechnologyEnsure that the recruitment process flow complies with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) keeping in mind to keep the process moving forwardManage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely mannerProvide company information to candidates and appropriately "sell" candidates on the value proposition of the Johnson & Johnson experienceEnsure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner. Gather/compile/maintain/provide regular metrics for HR-related activitiesEstablish close relationship with Third Party Vendors, collaborating to improve overall recruitment process, measuring and reporting their performance regularlyAssist and encourage users / customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, services, etc. in order to drive rapid resolution and empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of HR Recruitment services available to them.Take ownership of all Recruitment assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries and make sure that they are resolved / completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.Attend to and process customer inquiries and request by applying Recruitment standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution.Identify Recruitment areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with the Manager, Assessment and Selection.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree HolderAt least 5 years of relevant experience (talent acquisition)Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfactionEffective partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholdersDemonstrated capability in high-volume recruiting for a wide variety of positionsResults oriented and ability to motivate team to high levels of performancePositive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused teamAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activitiesStrong written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skillsCan be trusted to maintain confidential informationExperience partnering internally and externally to address people-related challengesUnderstand short-term and long-term implications of decisions and actionsBasic understanding of business, financial and organizational factors in relation to HR activitiesDeliver exceptional service through tools and processes; experience suggesting areas for improvement on to support continuous improvement efforts
