Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement sustainable recruitment strategies for support and management rolesCollaborate with the hiring manager to build job descriptions and job specificationsSchedule and facilitate job intake with the hiring managerPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesEnsure that all job requirements are approved by the Site Director prior to sourcingCreate job posts and publish in the application tracking systemSource and recruit candidates by using organic and employee referral channelsScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesAssist new hires on their pre-employment documentsEndorse new hires for background screening and monitor resultsonboard new employees in order to become fully integratedConducts competitor and market researchProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Leads the Recruitment team to create a strategic approach for the rampCreate campaigns for Recruitment Marketing and SourcingActs as the POC for Cebu siteAlignment with the Global and Regional Counterparts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related courseGood Communications SkillsKnowledgeable in different assessment tools and selection processRecruitment Branding CampaignsHandling Volume and Executive search requirementsExposure in Shared Services or other related industry
