• Advertise current vacancies on behalf of the HR Coordinators
• Complete all new employee onboarding checklists in collaboration with the relevant HR Coordinator
• Create and maintain employee records within the HRIS system
• Schedule orientation sessions and employee photography shoots
• Complete candidate database management
