Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.Receive and sort incoming mails, referring to superiors and those requiring attention.Route to deliver (if necessary) docu
ments, contracts, forms, outgoing mail, communications, reports, and other materials.Assists in preparing co
nfidential reports and correspondences, letters, docu
ments, contracts, notices/agendas, and other company docu
ments.Scan, Photocopy, Print, and Fax docu
ments for mailing by the superiors.Provide complete and accurate information on all forms to be submitted by or sent to the superiors.Research and collect informatio
nCoordinate with multiple affiliates/offices in Luzon, Visayas, and MindanaoPerform other administrative and clerical-related responsibilities.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
