Qualifications
Must be Tech-Savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen to detail with high level of Accuracy
Data Entry experience in a forwarding/logistics firm is a plus
Must be able to work in Talisay Cebu Office
Job Responsibilities
Respond to emails and actively prepare/request documents from Clients
Prepare and organize database
Present excellent customer service skills to customers and clients
Handle additional tasks depending on client’s needs.
Manage documentation delivery in an timely manner
