The RoleAs a Payroll Implementation Officer, you will manage payroll implementation/on-boarding of W2R and branch clients.How you'll contributeEnsure seamless end-to-end onboarding implementation.Provide Activity Timeline for onboarding of new Payroll ClientMonitor onboarding Checklist CompletionAssist with completion of accurate CRTsManage distribution schedule and other logisticsCoordinate with internal partners the cards/ PIN Mailer production process completion from bulk accountopening, holding of cards/PINs from dispatch to kittingCoordinate with client onsite schedule and other logistics requirementsProvide manpower support for onsite distribution of onboarded clients.Handle BAU onboarding for succeeding new employees of existing clients.Monitor bulk account openingHold bulk accounts from dispatchPrepare ATM card and PIN Mailer kitsCoordinate with the client of onsite schedule and other logistics requirementsAssign manpower support for onsite distributionPrepare onboarding status, onsite distribution, payroll credit reports, and other operations-related reports specific toassigned clients.Monitor and notify partners of payroll credit timestamps as scheduled.Respond to clients’ inquiries, requests, and complaints; redirect clients to proper channels as appropriate.Fulfill unique aftersales arrangement (special handling) for the client.Recommend process and/or system improvement opportunities to the Payroll Implementation Leads and ProductManager.What we’re looking forBachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related fieldHave at least 2 years experience in Banking and FinancialWith strong execution or operations backgroundStrong analytical and project management skillsStrong leadership skillsMust be computer literate, hard-working, and can work well with a group, or across cross-functional teams
