Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the assigned Branch Office, oversees business development, profitability and productivity of the Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains client and employee co
ntact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.Spearheads marketing saturation drives.Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Key Requirements:
Graduate of any four (4) year business related course.With at least one (1) year of work experience in sales/marketing or related field.Background in financing, auto and truck sales or co
nsumer loans banking is a plus.With supervisory experience.Keen to details; can work with minimum supervision.Must be accustomed to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasked, and has exemplary ability to handle Administrative tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.Willing to be assigned anywher
