RESPONSIBILITIES:
Allocates and utilizes operating funds to provide timely funding of day to day operatio
nal requirementsDetermines optimal cash inventory across all eBiz branches to minimize associated risks and maximize return on cashAssists in development of policies, procedures, operatio
nal controls and standards Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day co
nduct and supervision of cash management activities Gathers and analyzes data to efficiently manage cash inventory of a branch, while working out on related costs Performs daily reco
nciliation between the actual and expected cash-related transactions Maintains positive and long-term working relatio
nship with banks Negotiates service fee-related items and set policies to minimize these fees Maintains cash-related reports and prepares any requested report, in relation to cash managementServes as reliever for Liquidity/Foreign Exchange desk
QUALIFICATIONS:·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalentExperience in Treasury with a background on Accounting and Finance is an advantage Knowledgeable in relevant treasury and banking transactio
nsProficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e MS Excel)
