Purpose:
The position is responsible for assisting the Credit Head and/or Credit Officer in the preparation and safe-keeping of credit reports and in the documentation of fixed income issuances as well as trades done in the secondary market.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the preparation of the following Credit-related reports:
Corporate Investments in the Pipeline for Investment Briefings.
2. Credit Offerings/Matters to be presented/routed to approving
authorities as defined in AMTC Credit Policy.
3. Credit Matters are to be presented for approval by different
approving authorities.
4. Investment documents to be submitted to Underwriters/Arrangers documents for assignment and/or reassignment of fixed income securities covering trade and non-trade transfers.
5. Prepare instructions to create security in Investone via Lotus Notes and/or Instruction Sheets
6. Prepare instructions for
the establishment and/or renewal of approved AMTC Credit Facilities.
7. Prepare/Maintain loan
folders/files and subsidiary ledgers of corporate credit investments for
internal and external audits (including BSP).
8. Preparation of Statement of Accounts.
9. Assists in the retrieval and safekeeping of credit/loan/note/other fixed income securities documents from the AMTC Operations Department.
10. Updating various Financial Statements is required in the Credit Exposure Report (Credex).
11. Updating of external Credit Rating Report of Peso and Foreign Currency Sovereign, Quasi-sovereign, and Corporate investments.
12. Preparation of Credit Spreadsheets and Credit Risk Rating Sheet of outstanding and existing Corporate Issuers.
