Accounting staff and business process analyst positions for a BPO company based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, to be assigned to different North American clients.
Responsibilities can include: (depending on clients’ needs)
· Preparing and review of financial statements as needed
· Billing process including accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Organize and update financial records
· Perform monthly, weekly, and yearly bank reconciliation
· HR and payroll services
· Order entry
· Inventory management
· Shipping Logistics
· Credit card account management
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting
· Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (fresh grads with good a academic records are welcome to apply)
· High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
· Excellent English communication skills
· Willing to work night shift
· Proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
· Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus but not required
· Proficient in MS word and excel a plus
