ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Manage electronic timekeeping systems and manual collection opayroll-relateded items frothe m Service Delivery Team
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees
· Coordinate with HR to ensure correct employee data and to carry out the payroll process
· Coordinate with Corporate Services and Service Delivery Leads for any payroll-related changes and requests
· Reconcile Service Delivery Master File to Electronic Timekeeping Masterfile
· Coordinate with Finance in payroll reports, government-mandated remittance reports and client billing-related items
· Develop and enforce payroll-related policies and procedures
· Address payroll-related processes, queries, and requests from employees and escalate issues to the appropriate level when required
· Assist Corporate Accountant with any Service Delivery and Client related financial concerns including billing, salary analysis, and client rate matters.
· Prepare reports required by the management and other payroll and accounting-related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / CPA is required
· 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting, Reconciliation and Payroll Taxation
· Knowledgeable in SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig implementing rules and guidelines and monthly remittances
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
· Flexible to adjust to work demands specially during cut-off processing and month end reporting
