Treasury Operations Manager

Supports the department by managing the day to day operations of the Treasury Services and reports Unit in the area of collection and disbursement channels, agricultural loan guaranty enrollment and claims, bank requirements, credit lines and investments

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages investment portfolioMakes timely investments of excess fundsPrepares investment income analysis and investment reportsManage completeness of enrollment of agricultural loans releasedManage timely filing of claims for agricultural loans and ensures collection the guaranteed portion of the loanManage reconciliation of subsidiary and general ledgers of accounts relating to agricultural loans enrollment and claimsManage documents for opening, updating and closing of bank accounts are complied withManage bank documents before routed to authorized signatoriesManage collection and disbursement channelsLooks for new credit lines and sources of fundsMakes plans for the department aligned with the overall goal of the company ensure these plans are executed
