Duties and Responsibilities

Monitors farm activities and managementConducts regular farm visits Monitors farm daily farm performanceMonitors feed intake and feed qualityImposes medication and vaccination programs for the farmsRecommends immediate solution to unusual incidences in the farmMonitors if corrective action is implementedDevelops disinfection program for farmsMonitors if the standard quality of cleaning operations is implementedCoordinates with consultants on the biosecurity measures of farmsDevelops a database that records quality performance of farmsMonitors cost effectiveness of medvac and cleaning programsConducts monthly analysis of farm performanceSubmits weekly itinerary and achievement report
