POSITION SUMMARY: Product Specialist (Job Targets):
Product Specialists work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery. They have a wealth of knowledge about company product or range, and also analyze market trends, develop sales, and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.
They should have strong customer service and analytical skills.
Train, educate and establish standards of practice for use of company products. Existing Machine Fleet (Ventilators, IP/SP, CM, etc.).To be Product Specialist of VAPOTHERM, ResMed Products and Pulmo
nary Supplies.Create an EQUILIFE product line library for sales reference accessibility.Create an EQUILIFE product training module.Act as a product liaison between Business Development Representatives, Doctors, therapists and partner facilities.Promote product recognition in the marketplace and assist in identifying potential leads. Identify client/s that EL products have potential market. Established 4 VAPOTHERM / 10 ResMed product sales for new, existing clients and Home Care. Hospice Care Penetration of products sale.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist clinical educator upon implementing internal and external training.Accompany Area Manager to support product fittings, and work with Doctors and Therapists for training and follow-up.Demo
nstrate initiative and a level of expertise in use of company products to serve as a resource to physicians, therapists and patients.Co
nduct product training to sales team.Co
nduct product presentations and demo
nstrations to client.Facilitates and organizes activities for promotion of assign product line.Provide Updates a
bout the latest development related to assigned product/s and keep abreast with competitors.Address customers issue and co
ncern in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide support for marketing, advertising materials, market campaign and convention.Develop strong and long-term relatio
nship with key opinion leaders and MD customers in all assigned accounts.Represents company and brand in a professio
nal compliant, ethical and effective manner while helping external customers understand the benefits and use of products for appropriate competitor information.Able to react to change productively and to perform other essential tasks assigned.
SPECIFIC RESPonSIBILITY (But not limited)
Timely Updates and make a full report to his clinical educator.Assist in Implementation on products training plans of Clinical Educator.Provide product training to clients.
Preferred License RT, Nurse or Graduate of Respiratory Therapy with experience.
