Responsibilities

Monitors incoming shipments and ensures that operating activities are aligned with the policies, requirements and procedures of Bureau of Custom and/ or other government agenciesEnsures correctness and completeness of shipping documents for smooth and faster transactionEnsures that proper registration, licenses, permits and clearances are complete, correct and updatedChecks completeness and accuracy of Broker’s billings and invoicesCoordinates with suppliers and keeps updated information on pricing trends of goodsAttends to settlement of claims due to loss, shortage and damage of goods of shipmentsSubmits and maintains reports/ files for proper monitoring of each shipment

Requirements

Graduate of Customs Administration or any business related courseWith at least 2 years related experienceExperience in accounting work an advantageProficient in computer operation – Microsoft office applicationGood communication skills and leadership skillsWell-organized, systematic and detail- oriented

We offer a COMPRESSED WORK WEEK schedule from Monday to Friday (No Saturday)
